Incorrect discount calulated

To the people who received a discount code from the CEO during the week. There are restrictions / not really 50% discount.

1. When going to check out on the red jet the total for off peak it £22.10 which should mean with discount it should be £11.05. It’s not, it come’s to £16.30. This is because it’s an off peak ticket and because an off peak ticket discount has been applied already you will not get the 50% off.
2. The £16.30 is still wrong. A full on peak ticket costs £30 return. So with discount it should be £15. This is due to people travelling from the IOW are charged the start charge from Southampton hench the £16.30 charge. I just spoke to them this morning and they’ve said the system they have is still overcharging the ticket by £1.30 and to email complaints with the 1000 or so already to highlight this problem. Once again failing customers.
   So in summery. Your discount code is not really 50% off unless you travel at peak times. Their system is wrong and penalises IOW residents and charges us from Southampton rather from IOW.
